Home Medical Assessments (75+)

For patients over the age of 75, we offer home medical assessments. One of our nurses will visit your home to carry out a comprehensive health review. You’ll then have the opportunity to discuss the results and plan any necessary care with your GP. This helps support healthy ageing and early intervention.
Overseas Travel Consultations

Planning an international trip? Our GPs can provide vaccination advice, travel health guidance, and documents for carrying medication overseas. These appointments are often complex and typically require a 30-minute booking, ideally well before your departure date.
