​Please feel free to discuss a problem or complaint with our Practice Manager or your doctor so we can work to remedy the situation. Wakefield gardens surgery has a suggestion box located in reception. We welcome feedback on our service and regularly review and address suggestions.
You can put a complaint in writing to one of our principal doctors or the ACT Human Rights Commission is also available.
If you have a complaint you can:
- Discuss it with your treating Doctor.
- Write it down and place it into our suggestion box in the waiting room.
- Call 02 6257 4086 and ask to speak to our practice manager.
- Email any queries to reception@wakefieldgardens.com.au
- Any complaints please email admin@wakefieldgardens.com.au addressed attention Practice Manager.
